Please read this short Term & Conditions Bookings:
1)The 10-hour a month booking for this quote, £245 for up to 2 days per month.
1a)Book your preferred dates for the month. 1b)Bookings must be made a month in advance - for the cleaning from soluteservice.co.
1c)Any cleaner registered with solute service.co
may attend to your property to clean. Details of the cleaner attending your property will be sent 1 to 4 days before the day of the clean (all cleaners are background checked and trained). You can view their details on our site.
1d)*frequency of booking* is limited to 2 days of booking per month, and must be made every month without fail, which means you are fixed to making two booking days every month only to get this rate. If you choose to receive fewer hours or days than the bookings for any particular month, your offer of £245 for ten hours is void and the standard hourly rate is applied, but NO REFUND is given if you choose to book and or use more than 10 hours for that day or both days, then the offer of £245 is still charged, and no refund is given. *Extra hour/s booked* MUST be paid for at £30.00 per hour, which is the standard base rate of our hourly cleaning service; extra hours used during service clean by solute service cleaner must be paid by the client/buyer of the cleaning service, and or the person requesting the premises on the invoice to be serviced. If fewer hours are performed due to the service being completed, no refund is offered. However, you can request to use the spare hours on the next service day, provided it falls within that month's booking. Extra hours: booked for an extra hours cleaning service will have to be made on another day for that booking.
Changes: DON’T 2)change bookings on weekends and or five working days before the date of your clean with solute service co.
2a)There will be no change of cleaning date permitted on the 5th day before the booked day of the clean. 2b)No refund can be given/offered for any reason after payment is made by the client for the pre-booked date.
DO’S 2c) You have the option of changes - THE TIME ONLY, 5 days before the pre-booked day.
2d) change hours performed to 6 hours or less in your clean or to cancel, but payment is still retained by soluteservice.Co
Holiday and Public/Bank holidays: cleaners on holiday: client are notified ahead of time by the cleaner (two weeks ahead of time) Public/Bank holidays: cleaning is charged at standard rate and never part of this ‘offer 147’ clients on holiday: cleaners are notified two weeks ahead of time before the clients holiday and before bookings are made Payment:
3a)full payment must be made a month before the date of your clean.
3b)The fixed rate of £245 for two bookings must be paid in full to ensure your books for every two-week booking.
Method of Payment: must be made via soluteservice.The co-administrator will send you an invoice with payment details, which must be paid in full, before booking a clean.
