We offer the very best services in our field. We never settle for second best and always have your satisfaction as our top priority. It’s who we are, and we are proud of it. 

The reason for this statement came from my own experience in the role of hospitality to supervisory positions; I have extensive knowledge in this field - ‘I could not accept that the wages were so low for such important roles and that companies would need to take such a damaging cut of the wages of cleaners and providers of other civil service and skill workers – causing grave poverty in many cases - we believe in a liveable wage. 

The thing to consider there is no industry that can survive without cleaners.

So, I set up Solute Service. Co - to provide a service that worked to improve the lives of highly skilled professional Cleaners. This had also opened us to other services that also bear needed skills.

This year we branched into promoting the businesses of other individuals, hosting them on our site as well as adding them to our direct Mailing list and introducing them to our social media’s circles.

It is important to add that we do check the formal identification of workers who operate that work with us and for us to ensure the security of all. 

I am always glad to receive reviews of our services and those of colleagues and other service cleaners on site.

The definition of Solute means to dilute a solution of liquid. This name was chosen by my God - divine guide.

Why did we choose this Logo?

 I choose emerald, green, as green is the only colour we as humans see as peaceful. The sphere is an infinite shape and protective in some cultures, and the building shape is in the middle of this infinite developed peace.

Every customer is unique. That’s why our service works, and we aim to fulfil your requests. We manage tenders/ contracts, and we know that every one of these contracts is unique to each person and company, and is different in their requirement, so we aim for every one of our plans to be bespoke, ensuring health & safety. Whether it’s a small strategy or a comprehensive effort, we’ll sit down with you, listen to your requests, and prepare a customised cleaning plan.

Our History:

We started at the end of 2018 and were established at the beginning of 2019.

Person and global tragedy hit at the end of 2019 to 2020, which affected the us and the business greatly, causing us to spiral into loss. Nevertheless, with the passion for what we do and mainly, all the success for staying in business goes to our faithful client, who our company has had the best we have been able to stay afloat.

2021 2023

We started the business operating as a solo cleaner and created the option for other cleaner to advertise their service on our website; then other services by solo traders.

2024-2025

Realizing that their performance affected are service in which we could not control, we thought it was best to remain a solo Cleaning service to ensure the quality and security of our clients.

2025

We no longer offer Advertising also as we wanted to concentrate on quality cleaning performance to promoting other services.  

To date, we have been focused on promoting training and knowledge of the cleaning service and welcome presentation. Online presence will be our future focus.
