If your income is low and you are registered as having disabilities such as ADHD, we understand it can be hard for some persons with this condition to focus on cleaning, and we may be able to offer a reduced rate of £20 an hour and a free two-hour clean twice a year.

Terms and Conditions of Solute Service.co
Terms/Names:
A. Workers of the solutes service.Co: - cleaners, management, and administrators, sales our, we, us, representative, ourselves, and labour.
B. The service is provided by Solute Service.co: – cleaning service, outside power wash, Window cleaning, carpet cleaning and deep clean.
C. Written agreement between you the client and us Solute service.co: policy, quotation agreement, order form, invoice, Agreement, and Contract.
D. Client buyers of the cleaning service by Solute Service.Co: - Purchaser, procurer, buyer, user, client, customer, you, yourself.
E. All partakers of Solute Service.co: - they, them, a, I, we, my, our, who.
Conditions/service agreement:
Acceptance:
1. 1.1 Service invoice: state the agreement of sale from us to you, the customer, also our terms and conditions set out on this page and other agreement documents given to you by us at Solute service.co.
2. Customer is the purchaser and or user who has requested the cleaning service of solute service.co.
2.1 Our terms and Conditions of sale do not affect your legal or human rights.
2.2 The contract consists only of our offer of cleaning service to you and your acceptance of the order form and these terms and conditions; nothing else will form part of the contract and be binding on either you or us. It is our responsibility to supply you with service that meets your consumer rights. Nothing in this contract affects your statutory rights.
3. Liability and Delivery of cleaning service, as outlined in the invoice and or quotation form and agreement:
3.1 We endeavour to deliver to you the service agreed upon in this agreement invoiced, service agreed by yourself, issued by us at solute service.co.
Liability
3.2.1. However, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may occur, in which case we may be unable to offer the promised. We cannot be held liable for extra costs if we were not able to meet the service. Such as, and not limited to, weather, delays, lateness, and illness of our workers. Though we will make every effort to remedy the situation.
3.2.2. Share your Concerns. Breakdown of service/Complaints: Client, you are solely responsible for informing us if there is a failure in the service provided to you. We are solute service.co value your custom and aim to give you the best service, we can only improve our service if we know you have concerns. 4. service outside of this order/quotation of agreement: Workers of solute service offering services and or you, the purchaser, customer requesting service outside of this the agreement of service with us, are prohibited, and we can't be held liable. If you choose to agree to services outside of solute service.co cleaning with our registered workers, you will incur the consequence of closure of service with no refund of payment made by you, the client/customer, to us at solute service.co.
5. Warranty:
5.1. We supply the service of cleaning to you, the purchaser and client/customer, for a duration in total agreed too or from the date agreed for the beginning of cleaning to be performed at your site/space.
5.2. You are entitled to 30-day statutory refund according to UK law. If I find the reason for failure in the service provided and or a crime has been committed against you, when the service is complete and you have provided evidence, i.e. photos/video, or police reference CAD for us to view within two days of receiving the service by us.
6. Personal Details: We will comply with the General Data Protection Regulations of 2018
(GDPR). Please refer to our website and our invoices, and our agreement order form for more details.
6.2. Human Rights: All human participants in the operation of this cleaning service are to be treated with respect, and no form of abuse against them will be tolerated.
7. Safety: 7.1. Due to worker safety, if your premise/site/space is deemed unsafe to work in/dangerous for health( for example water leaks, parasites and or power lose, but not limited to this) we would have to make our worker security/safety our priority and therefore the service to you during this period of danger would stop until we are assured of your premise/site/space to be deemed safe to work in again. Refunds are not issued, and payments from the client are expected to continue.
7.1.2. All Equipment and supplies are to be used by authorised staff/workers of solute service.co ONLY ensure their safety.
7.1.3. Please know that as part of your responsibility as the receiver of our service, you must allow our service workers, cleaners access to flowing warm water and use of your electricity at the site/space and premise apply perform the service.
7.2. Equipment and supplies:
7.2. For the use of service worker on site/space contracted to be cleaned ONLY.
7.2.1. We define Equipment used as Vacuum, Mop and bucket, dusters, carpet washers, jet washers, floor buffer, cloths and scourers.
7.3 We define Supplies used as chemicals: limescale cleaner, multipurpose, floor cleaner, Sanitiser, Glass cleaner, Brass, and screen cleaners.
8. Payment:
All setup payments must be paid as stated in the order/quotation agreement.
All Monthly (equipment and supplies) payments for this must be paid monthly by direct Debit (please remember to ensure that the payments are ready to be taken out a week before the agreed payment date.
You are entitled to a 30-day statutory refund according to UK law. If you're wise to cancel the service at the start of service. Cancellation after 30 days.
Other Issues:
a) Holidays, sickness, crisis, and change in Workers: can occur where they and we cannot be held financially liable for costs. In this case, we are not able to be held liable, and no refund can be made on these occasions. Please be patient to allow us to remedy the situation.
b) Your site/space/premise may be closed; due to holidays and or crisis, we are not able to be held liable, and no refund can be made on these occasions. We will be willing to change dates.
c) At any time, new processes may be applied to our service of cleaning, which may affect administration, digital systems and operations. Old systems may be lost or discontinued; we cannot be held financially liable for costs in this case, we are not able to be held liable, and no refund can be made on these occasions. Please be patient to allow us to remedy the situation.
Cancellation of cleaning services:
If you wish to stop the service agreed upon by you, this can be done through this process.
