Fixed-Rate Cleaning – Reliable Service, No Hidden Costs

We are pleased to offer a fixed-rate cleaning service for complete peace of mind. Our prices are set in advance, so you know exactly what you’ll pay — with no surprise fees or added charges.


Whether you require end-of-tenancy cleaning, deep carpet cleaning, exterior jet washing, regular cleaning, or window cleaning, our all-inclusive fixed rates ensure consistent quality at a fair, transparent price.

You can book your service today and enjoy professional results at a reasonable price.


Once you have made a payment, you have agreed to receive the cleaning service from us.

Cancellations: You have 5 days to email us to cancel your booking. 30% of the overall cost will be retained to compensate for the cost lost to us.

We will dust, sanitise, polish and mop & vacuum to a high standard.


We'll make sure to attend on the day you select and clean until the job is done.


A high-standard clean is not the same as a quick tidy-up. It involves deep cleaning that goes beyond surface-level dusting or wiping. We expertly clean to ensure the property is returned in a condition that’s as close to new as possible—clean, fresh, and well cared for.

Here’s why this matters: Protecting the Property’s Long-Term Value.


Neglected dirt, grease, mould, or grime can lead to wear and tear that shortens the lifespan of appliances, flooring, and fixtures. 


A deep clean helps preserve the property in top condition and reduces the need for costly repairs later on.

'Offer 147' is a regular clean offered twice a Month.

General internal cleaning of a property.

Please read this short Term & Conditions Bookings: 

1)The 10-hour a month booking for this quote, £245 for up to 2 days per month. 

Book your preferred dates for the month every Month. 

*frequency of booking* is limited to 2 days of booking per month, and must be made every month without fail, which means you are fixed to making two booking days every month, for 12 months. 

However, if bookings are used for less than 10 hours or more than 10 hours on those days, the £245 offer is still charged, and no refund is given.

Annual price rate offered only

 to businesses. 12 hours a month and 52 bookings per year for cleaning services, billed annually.  

The fixed yearly contract rate 

of £2595 for the same service 

 statement here.

Please note that any additional changes to your premises may affect this offer of service to you. We will be sure to carry out an audit of your premises before we offer you this service.  

Refunds and adjustments may be made based on the audit of the premises. The audit will assess the safety & condition of the premises, the perimeter of the space and the number of floors.

This offer is a four-hour one-off clean.


However, if bookings are used for less than 4 hours, the £130 offer is still charged. If more than 4 hours are performed on the day, an additional charge of £30 per extra hour is added.
