Fixed-Rate Cleaning – Reliable Service, No Hidden Costs

We are pleased to offer a fixed-rate cleaning service for complete peace of mind. Our prices are set in advance, so you know exactly what you’ll pay - "though we will get in contact as soon as possible if there would be additional hours involved, which will be charged at our base hourly rate - this would be the cases, if the job is not as described  by the client: If our client request a regular clean, yet when the cleaners arrive in the permise the place was refurbished  i.e. heavy dust,debris, grease paint, addesive and grime in the property - this description would constitute a Deep clean'.

Tenancy cleaning we are will to agree an fixed fee:

 £210/4 hours for 1-2 bed property

£300/ 5 hours for 3 - 4 bed property

We offer one off clean and repeating cleaning service

Deep Wash: fabric  sofas, mattress, rugs, carpet - depending on the condition: spot clean can be cleaned in 10-30 minutes depending on the type of material, stains  this can be perform during a regular clean.

Deep wash would take longer from 1 hours to 6 hours a day - £39  to £234.

regular cleaning - per space can range from 1 hour 'but kitchens and bathrooms take longer - ceiling, skirting and wall dusting, detergent clean scuffs, grime, stains debris in surfaces and sanitizing touch points, floor clean skirting wiped corners swept and mop and vacuum - £60 to £300

Deep clean - per space from:

Kitchen: 1 hour 40 minutes to 4 hours.

Bathroom: 40 minutes to 2 hours.

'kitchens and bathrooms take longer due to the heavy build up of limescale and dust,debris, grease build up and calcium build up, grime on walls windows, floors and doors and touch points in the property, window washing, gathering, bagging rubbish, caboards cleaned out, fridge clean, oven clean - cost ranging from £45 to £360

"240 days Annual contract" rate £20,160 ( break down £21 a hour/£1,680 monthly/ payment with annual increase charge of 12%

Basic hourly rate of £30 an hour

(please keep in mind that in any of thses prices above -if the agreed duration of the clean is extended then we will make every effort to inform the client booking the clean prior to completion of the clean, hourly rate will be charged if the clean exceeds the agreed duration and price).

Once you have made a payment, you have agreed to receive the cleaning service from us.

Cancellations: You have 5 days to email us to cancel your booking. 30% of the overall cost will be retained to compensate for the cost lost to us.

Fixed rate/s service clean: can be paid after completing the commericial contact form and you have discussed  with a solute service.co repersentative.
