Buyer of the service: is someone that request the services of a cleaner/housekeeper and or other service/s on our register: select a service page and advertising place/s on any of our pages
Seller of the services: is someone offering the service of cleaning/housekeeping and or other service/s
The Operator: is Solute service's administrator's and manager's - Staff (sales team)
Freelance: is a cleaner or service provider that is not an employee of solute service and is regarded as a seller and or sole trader/ independent provider of their own service or product 'but makes use of the service's of Solute service.co
Advertising: Solute service is a service and product promotion site. We direct buyers to our site to promote the services and products of sellers to consumers/buyers
Check your identification: We at solute service.co check the identification match on both you paper Identity and formal identity. to see if they relate to what was agreed by solute service worker, staff/interviewer.

1. How do we regard you - you are the Sellers of the service of cleaning/housekeeping and or others service - our clients, therefore also member/ user of solute service.co services

2. All sellers of service/products are independent of solute service.co. -What does this mean in relation to solute service.co?
We at solute service.co regard our role as that of a Recruitment & advertisement company. A referral service to you the seller and your clients. The clients we refer to you are also our clients; for this reason you are regarded as independent/freelance/sellers.

You are responsible as a seller for:
As a freelancer you are responsible for your personal conduct on a daily work basis with your client (the buyer of your service) and the claims of skills you have attained and you own policy for the service and or products you provide.

1. We do not ensure you in your service and do not cover you or you service/product with insurance, you are solely responsible to attain for yourself the correct public and indemnity insurance and pay for it. You are also responsible to pay for the administration request of your own DBS check (criminal background check); we advise you that it is important to attain an DBS Certificate as it open more opportunities of employment.

 Covid 19/international virus information, when carrying out your service and or sending your product.

Submitting information: All information you submit must be true to the best of your knowledge and you are required to provide proof where it is required. Solute service.co promise to take due care of all information submitted to us as we have out lined in ‘Articles 4 and below’ 

1.7.1 Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information, employment reference information (including job advertisements or responses to job advertisements), or any other content you submit is truthful, accurate and not misleading; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information (including your email address) and remove or amend it when it is no longer accurate; (c) where registration as a Client is required in order to use our service you are (d) 18 years of age or older; and (e) your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation, in particular , laws relating to discrimination, employment or human rights or other laws of the United kingdom of Great Britain.
Your profile may be deleted, and your membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 18 years of age.
The paragraph also applies to any content that you submit to other Users of the Services, such as prospective clients.

Media and promotional related issues
1.7.2 We will request information to setup your profile for your prospective clients to view, for security and to perform our daily services on your behalf.

Article 3 simplifying the explanation of signing of documents, declarations i.e. Agreements and its systems
3.1 To be a client of solute service.co you are required to have signed all related agreement (declarations) to yourself.
3.2 We at Solute service.co at times may send to you from time to time publications, terms and conditions, agreements (renewed).
3.3 We at solute service.co request that all registered client/s ad head to act according to all agreement that they have signed and the term and condition on the website, on publication and any correspondence sent to you personally also through the contact you have communicate with us on and given to us to use.
3.4 All clients are expected to acknowledge (confirm) all correspondence sent to you regarding referrals (job offers) are clients that our requesting your service.
3.5 We communicate to you our client these referrals via SMS, email, phone, WHAT APP, Facebook and or Messager

Your Profile: -
Your Profile is where you state what you want prospective client to view all about you. Why not view the profile of other cleaner with us, at: solute service.co/gallery, and or book a cleaner page.
What should you put about yourself -
1) Truthful information as we will check these detail on you recruitment date.
2) Your personal content on the Profile can only contain information that is current and not damaging to you and others' personal safety.
3)Content:Your personal content on the Profile should be truthful: first name only, area your based (live in), relative work history to cleaning work, reference (contact detail to previous employers must be email separately)
4) where/areas - your willing to work
5) image for the use of your profile only and videos of cleaning you have done if you wish.We will not show any thing that has had written permission unless it is of you and you premise.
6) What job role your looking for: state either domestic or commercial work you are seeking or both
7) Note: skills rating are given by clients we have issues to you.
8)D.B.S stamp will be placed on your profile when we have view you DBS certificate completed with a PASS on all accounts

4.11 Declaration of agreement to pay all fee issued by solute service.co
The referral fee is a monthly payment made by every client that receives a referral (though this is subject to change and promotions). 
Solute service.co regard that it is in our sole discretion to decrease and increase fee to be paid to solute service.co giving you advance notice of a 3 month prior to planned inform charges to you in order to retrieve our fee.

If you have any concern about anything on our website and or any material that solute service.co have made. Refer to Articles 2, 4 and 5


Misconduct or any infringement of human rights 
We would like you to inform us of any fraud, willful misconduct or any infringement of human rights and or discrimination by any business being advertise on the directory of service page on solute service.co website: - https://www.soluteservice.co. We at solute service.co do not monitor the operations of business advertised on the directory page.
