Our handling of your personal information

Your Personal Data Policy: All you personal information is saved by a secure third parties surveillance cloud services, the information is only for the purpose of ensuring good service for you and your clients through solute service.co. 

4.1 Entire Agreements: this Agreement and any document referred to in it constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede and extinguishes all previous agreements and understandings between them whether written or oral, relating to their subject matter. Each party agrees that it shall have no remedies in respect of any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in this agreement or any other documents referring to in it. 4.4-2 How we at solute service.co manage personal detail regarding communication and personal data:

Any person requesting the services we offer will be ask personal questions regarding contact details, these details will be stored securely, as We have all our systems: phones, emails, website, computer, storage spaces; secured by an online, highly trusted company working to stop hackers and internet viruses, fraud online.

Security checks and methods used

4.4-3.1 Calls/Contact: We aim to Identify all clients that call by viewing and accessing their detailed Pseudonymous code which is a way of hiding the clients account details in relation to stored names and number and details relating to that client.

4.4-3.2 To insure we are talking to the right person we would send a message to the client through the contact number we have on record ‘which the client is expected to view and relay to solute service.co representative the sent the message. and

4.4-3.3 Control questions: In addition to this we will also ask the client personal question as to full identify that we are speaking to the account holder.

4.4-3.4 Face to face: we will have the client detail on an electronic and online based system. We will use this to ask controlled questions to confirm that the details are correct and confirm the client’s identity. Photos we also take our own photos of clients for identification

4.4-4 personal statement, invoices and account details:

All account details, statement and invoices are stored on an online data base so to ensure the privacy and security of all clients.

4.4-4.1 Account detail: include personal and impersonal details, which we at solute service.co hold of clients.

We may reveal to clients the details of their personal account ‘if they personally’ make a request for this information from solute service.co management and or staff; We do this to support client esquires on personally relate issues and to aid the practice we provide to the account holder.

We may use account detail to verify clients right to information as a security checks for accessibility.  

4.4-4.2 Statements: Are documented information on past services of housekeeping and that of administration of services that solute service.co workers, staff, management have performed, also included in this statement are dated services done and financial statements in one fortnight. This document comes in the format of an invoice layout.

We forward these personal detailed statements to clients after every fortnight (every 4 weeks) to their personal contacts that the client has requested as their confirmed address that solute service.co is request by the client for are use.

4.4-4.3 Invoice: Is a document that states the description of the service performed, the dates of the service and the financial transaction for that service that is to be and or maybe paid.

We may send out this information if a client requests an invoice for a particle date of service preformed and if a payment is due for services we have performed.

4.5 Background Searches: It is reasonable to expect to proceed to do your background check as this is to insure your clients(buyers) security. The registering of Cleaners/housekeepers. Part of that process is all cleaning service provider will only be referred client (buyers) if they allow us solute service.co to refer them for a “Disclosure and barring service” DBS check.

All processes of information receiving, and the GDPR of Data collection will be in the order of Article 4.1 to 4 of 4.

4.5-1 We do need to check all applications and documentation for the DBS but we do not refer to solute service.co as employers. We are a registered consultancy on the DBS register. 

4.5-2 DBS Check Though we are expected to comply to follow the process set out by the DBS checks, we will process by the following system: 

All documentation will be if necessary: scanned, stored safely through transition and sent (posted) to the DBS offices address.

4.5-3 The option of send forward your own application and any requested copies of documentation to the DBS, but all documentation checked, and forms must be fill in the presence of us the registered consultancy.

4.5-4 You are expected to inform us at solute service.co if you have received your certificate from the DBS and whether you have PASSED “by sending us a copy of your personal report from the DBS”, as we do not receive your personal information.

4.6 Applications 1 and 2 When you the user register (client), you are asked to fill an application. This document contains only relevant personal information that is need for the verification of your identification checks. Application 1 is for service providers to complete and application 2 is for the buyers of the service to complete.

Application 1 By signing this you have given us you full permission to look up these details. References All cleaner/housekeeper service provider will have their personal and employment references checked. We will contact any person/s and companies that you the cleaning/housekeeper service provider have add to your application

4.7 “Client (Buyer)to client (Seller) personal agreement. This document is the binding agreement between the referred clients, the cleaner/housekeeper and the buyer of their services.


5.1 Publications and Media: - We at soluteservices.co make it imperative that all parties: user, clients, colleagues at soluteservices.co observe that any amendment to media, promotional material or relate, and or release publicity is solely to the discretion of solute service.co owner/s and managements discretion.

5.3 If at any time videos, images of personal or public kind is published, and used Solute service.co have legal rights over the material and own the wright to display them. Solute service.co process of claiming rights over any material follows the signed approval of all the parties present at the recording of all material.
